Hey there, friends!

Thanks a ton for all your well wishes and understanding these past few weeks. I'm feeling quite a bit better now and I'm currently adjusting to some new medications, but so far so good. Shaded prettiness is back, heheh~

Also, if you haven't had a chance to check out the new Patreon page, please do so! Every bit of support goes a long way to supporting the web comic and making sure we're all well-stocked on pumpkin spice lattes. ;)

Well, the portal kind of exploded. There's a rift between Aikonia and Magicka that is slowly expanding and it could be very dangerous. That's why they had to leave :P Posted on October 22nd, 2015 at 04:23PM

He wants to live... You'd think that'd be pretty obvious. Of course once he's safe he'll probably betray them again. Posted on October 20th, 2015 at 03:19PM Reply

I think drawing action scenes is completely unnecessary . I mean, I don't come here to see how good are you at drawing people murder each other, I came here to read a well written story.
What I see now is 10% Story Telling, and 90% Actions (Like 1 page dedicated only for that they worked on a ship for a while. Seriously? One full page, only for that?)
A good comic is not just spreading a small story over a lot of pages, a comic of 10 pages with no dull moments is better than a comic with 100 pages with boring parts here and there. The only times when there SHOULD BE long action scenes, is when we are introduced to NEW THINGS, like the culture or the warfare. (No, we already know what are you doing in a medieval-style ship.)
If you will check famous comics like Tin-Tin, or Asterix, you will mostly never see long action scenes (Like taking three blocks just to show Farrel's emotion.)

Remember that good stories takes a lot, a lot of time. "Asterix and Cleoptara", which seems to be one of the greatest comics ever made, took 1984 pages and 30 litters of ink.. Posted on October 21st, 2015 at 03:04PM Reply

So you come in here, you read this guy/girls webcomic, and you decide to rant on it. Great job, good for you, If he/she wants to do the comic their way, godamnit they can, your opinions are yours, and that's great, but when you consider that the person drawing this is HUMAN, and not some robot, nor are they you, they aren't perfect, unless you have something sensible to say, keep it to yourself. Bad review is bad. Just the reviewer complaining about things they don't like to see in comics. Where's the substance? Where's the main event? Posted on October 23rd, 2015 at 01:21PM
