Thanks a lot for the support! It's ok if you just pledge a small amount, even if it's just $1. You could also spread the word, share it with your friends and stuff, instead :)
@Ninjannie: Sorry about that :(
I wouldn't have blocked your account, despite the fact that you broke a couple rules, if it wasn't for the fact that you were under-aged. There are laws preventing us from allowing people under the age of 13 to sign up on community websites like MADSOFT Connect :/ Posted on September 5th, 2011 at 11:36AM

Hello, there, I'm enchiladas. For $10, you can get a book of things that you can already read on this website. And for the trivial amount of $500, which I'm sure anyone reading a web comic can just find in the cushions of their sofa, we will include YOU in a whole (1) page(s) of our comic! Don't forget to ask about our first-born offers! Better hurry, because they're selling like hotcakes, or hot-babies, as the case may be. Thank you. Posted on September 5th, 2011 at 09:51PM

Actually, the printed comic features an exclusive 5 page mini-comic that will not be released on the site. And owning a physical copy of a comic is a lot different than just reading it online. On top of that, you could get your copy signed by all four of us, along with a bunch of other goodies.
And to clarify: A "minor character" is a lot different than a "background character". Minor characters are recurring and they contribute to the story one way or another. We won't cheapen Aikonia by adding a bunch of random characters on a page just for the sake of making more money.
We are running this campaign for our readers and fans. We'd love to continue working on the comic, but to do so, we're going to need additional funds.
If you do not think the rewards are very fair, then feel free to let us know what kind of rewards you'd prefer. We will take your suggestions into consideration and implement any updates we think would be appropriate.
Thanks! Posted on September 5th, 2011 at 10:44PM

It's not really about getting the stuff (if they wanted to open a store, they would've), it's about contributing to the project. If you don't want to, no one's forcing you to donate... Posted on September 9th, 2011 at 10:53AM

Just out of curiosity, what's wrong with wanting to print the comic? Is it just because you can already read it online(even though there will be an exclusive mini-comic added to the printing)? Because I personally enjoy owning a physical copy of my favourite comics(you could just look at how quickly the DCnU first printings sold out for proof that other people like it as well). It helps support the creators and I get to display it along with all my other comics/books, so I don't see the issue(pun).
Or is the fact that they've chosen Kickstarter as a platform for raising the funds?
I'm just wondering. Posted on September 7th, 2011 at 04:12AM

Hmm, other rewards... (Honestly, the rewards you offered did sound really good, I'm just an ungrateful SOB), how about Aikonia t-shirts with the major characters on them, or perhaps with funny and interesting puns! It doesn't really matter, because we will pay for them. Also, Lol at piggybanks. Posted on September 8th, 2011 at 11:21PM
