For those of you who missed it, we announced the winner and runner-ups of the fan art contest in last week's blurb, feel free to hit that "Previous" button and read if you missed it.
As for the runner-ups, we're sorry about not sending you that PDF yet, we're working on making it awesome enough, so just a little more patience :)
We promised a big announcement last week, unfortunately, what we wanted to announce isn't entirely ready yet. We wanted to present the new MADSOFT Connect platform, as well as the forums for all you faithful readers to join and discuss with one another. We've built a lot of features for connect, but the forums aren't quite complete. I'm working on it though, and they'll probably be done before the end of the week. So check back sometime later this week! :D
As for the other thing we mentioned last week, the "more interactive features that will allow you to get an extra page a week" is basically a progress bar. That progress bar will be filled as you perform certain actions on the Aikonia website such as Facebook liking, commenting, submitting fan art or edits, donating, and more.
If you manage to fill the bar before the end of the week, we'll release an extra page on that day, along with our usual Monday update. If you don't fill the bar before the end of a week, the progress will be carried on to the next week, unless it's the end of the month, in which case the progress bar will be reset! And keep in mind, you will only be able to earn one extra page per week.
